While beef, pork, and chicken are our primary products, we also offer a wide variety of meat processing for other meats as well. We’ll also butcher and perform  bison, yak, lamb, goat, and turkey processing when you bring any of these animals to our facility. Because we follow USDA flash-freezing protocols, we get you the finest marbled, firm meat possible out of every animal you bring us.
