Our Protocols

We adhere to strict protocols when processing your meat. From start to finish, our goal is to make the most of every piece of meat we cut.

We begin the cutting process based on the specifications you provided for us. Our team then separates the meat into cuts that get broken down into portions which can be vacuum-sealed for freezing and preservation. Afterward, we deposit them in our freezer, where they will await your pickup. Also, since we’re a USDA slaughterhouse, you can rest assured that our flash-frozen meats are high-quality.
